曾巾,中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所研究员,博士生导师,国家优秀青年基金获得者,中科院青年创新促进会会员。主要从事水域微生物生态学研究,研究方向主要包括湖泊微生物生态学、水生植物-微生物互作,研究围绕微生物群落结构及生态功能,结合野外调查与模拟实验,从区域、局域及微域尺度深化对湖泊微生物群落分布格局、驱动机制及其驱动碳氮循环功能过程的认知。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、科技基础资源调查专项课题、国家科技支撑计划子课题等国家及省部级课题十余项;以一作/通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇。
