简历:

曾巾,女,1982年生。2010年于南京大学获博士学位,同年进入中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所工作2010至2012年任湖泊生物与生态研究室助理研究员2013至2021年任湖泊生物与生态研究室副研究员2021年6月起任湖泊生物与生态研究室研究员,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者。20162017年美国俄克拉荷马大学环境基因组研究所从事研究工作 

研究方向主要包括:水域微生物生态学、湖泊元素生物地球化学循环、水生植物-微生物互作等。先后主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、面上项目和青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目、中科院青年创新促进会人才项目;负责科技部基础资源调查专项课题、国家科技支撑计划子课题等重要科研项目。发表学术论文80篇,其中一作/通讯SCI论文40论文发表在Limnology and Oceanography、Environmental Microbiology、Freshwater Biology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology等湖沼学或微生物生态学领域重要期刊上
