简历:

  张民:男,1978年生,吉林榆树人。2001年、2004年分别获得南京大学环境科学学士、硕士学位;2007年获得中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所博士学位,同年留所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。现任太湖湖泊生态系统研究站副站长和中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所湖泊生物与生态研究室副主任、支部书记 

  主要从事浮游植物群落生态学研究,围绕浮游植物生物量及多样性开展工作。结合长江流域湖泊空间和时间尺度数据,阐明了营养盐供给方式和利用策略对浮游植物生物量稳定维持的调节机制,在个体水平和群落水平阐明了功能特性权衡和补偿效应对浮游植物生物量稳定维持的生物学机制;利用太湖和巢湖长序列数据,揭示了水华蓝藻物候学和生物量的长尺度演变规律,突破了大型浅水湖泊蓝藻水华多驱动因素定量拆分的难题,确定了主要驱动因子的定量贡献基于湖库特异性,研发出不同的藻类预测模型创建了“半周—周—月—年”多尺度一体化蓝藻水华预测业务系统框架,制定了与水文气象预报同步的蓝藻水华预报机制,连续多年业务化运行,服务于太湖蓝藻水华防控方案制定和日常调度决策。主持国家自然科学基金、国家水专项课题、江苏省基金等十余项科研项目;发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文40余篇,授权发明专利2项,研发水华预测预警系统3套。获江苏省科学技术二等奖3项(第2第5、第7),中科院科技促进发展奖1项(第9),江苏水利科技进步奖一等奖1项(第1),大禹水利科学技术奖三等奖一项(第1)。
