简历:

施丽梅,女,1983年生,山东泰安人。2004年获烟台大学生物技术专业学士学位,2009年获南京大学生物学专业博士学位,同年进入中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所从事博士后研究,2011年留所工作,历任助理研究员,副研究员。主要从事水华蓝藻生物生态学,蓝藻与细菌之间的相互作用,藻菌关系对蓝藻水华生消和维持的影响等方面研究。 

主持国家自然科学基金3项、江苏省自然科学基金1项,参与十二五、十三五巢湖水专项等多项国家级科研项目。负责的项目主要有:国家自然科学基金青年项目“太湖微囊藻水华对好氧不产氧光合细菌群落结构的影响及机制国家自然科学基金面上项目 “微囊藻群体胶鞘附生细菌群落结构和功能及其对微囊藻表型的影响”、“群体微囊藻与其附生细菌之间的碳氮转化机制研究”,江苏省自然科学基金项目“蓝藻水华来源有机物微生物可利用性的转化及对湖泊碳存储的影响”。参与的项目主要有:十二五水专项“巢湖水污染控制与重污染区综合治理技术及工程示范“十三五”水专项 “巢湖富营养化中长期治理方案和藻类水华全过程控制”、“望虞河西部湖荡健康生态系统构建技术研发与工程示范等。 

目前共发表论文20余篇,以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文10余篇,包括Environmental Microbiology Reports, Science of the Total Environment等微生物生态、环境领域知名期刊。
